Event Rules

These rules protect fans, fighters, staff, and the venue. Entry means you agree to follow them. Rules vary by venue and security requirements. Staff decisions are final.

Policy Note

Some events take place on a military installation. You must follow all posted base rules, security instructions, and ID requirements.

If you do not comply, staff will remove you without refund.

Entry and Security

  • Security screening is required for all guests.
  • Bags are subject to search. Refusal means no entry.
  • Staff may deny entry for intoxication, disruptive behavior, or security concerns.
  • Government issued photo ID may be required for entry and alcohol service.
  • Ticket holders must keep their wristband or stamp visible when required.

Prohibited Items

Staff will confiscate prohibited items. Serious violations lead to removal and possible law enforcement involvement.

Not Allowed

  • Weapons of any kind.
  • Knives, blades, batons, pepper spray, or similar items.
  • Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
  • Outside alcohol, glass containers, or coolers.
  • Fireworks, flares, lasers, or smoke devices.
  • Large professional camera rigs without credentials.

Restricted

  • Tripods, monopods, stabilizers, and lighting gear.
  • Signs or banners that block views.
  • Air horns and amplified noise devices.
  • Items deemed unsafe by security or venue staff.

Guest Conduct

  • No fighting, threats, harassment, or intimidation.
  • No throwing items. No interfering with staff or fighters.
  • Stay off restricted areas. No entry to the cage, platform, or production zones.
  • Respect seating and standing zones. Do not block aisles, exits, or ADA areas.
  • Staff may remove anyone who disrupts the event or ignores instructions.

Tickets, Seating, and Re-Entry

  • All sales are final unless the event is canceled by X1 or the venue.
  • Fight card and start times are subject to change.
  • Resale tickets carry risk. Entry is not guaranteed for invalid tickets.
  • Seat upgrades depend on availability and staff approval.
  • Re-entry is not guaranteed and depends on venue policy.

Filming, Photos, and Content

  • Personal phones are allowed unless the venue posts restrictions.
  • No flash photography when it distracts athletes or officials.
  • No professional recording setup without media credentials.
  • By entering, you agree X1 and partners may record you and use your likeness for event coverage and promotion.

Health and Safety

  • Follow staff directions in emergencies.
  • Keep walkways and exits clear at all times.
  • If you need help, find security, staff, or medical personnel.
  • Guests attend at their own risk. X1 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Refunds and Removal

  • No refunds for removal due to rule violations.
  • No refunds for late arrival or missed bouts.
  • If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated.
